Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure efficient production. This role requires attention to safety protocols, quality control, and adherence to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before production runs.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently while following company procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Keep detailed records of production output, downtime, and machine performance.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Basic understanding of machine mechanics and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [X] pounds.
